These terms govern your use of http://etoolzy.com. By using the site you accept them. If you do not, please do not use it.
1. What Etoolzy is
Etoolzy provides free online tools — text and font converters, typing tools, calculators and exam-related estimators — that run in your web browser. No account is required and no fee is charged.
2. Use of the tools
You may use the tools for personal, educational and commercial purposes, and anything you produce with them — converted text, a generated QR code, a password, a calculation — is yours. You do not need our permission to use the output.
You may not:
- attempt to overload, disrupt, probe or gain unauthorised access to the site or its server;
- copy, scrape or republish our page content, code or design as your own;
- use the tools to produce anything unlawful, or to impersonate or defraud anyone;
- reverse-engineer the site in order to build a competing copy of it.
3. Accuracy — please read this part
The tools are provided for convenience. We build them carefully and test them, but we cannot guarantee that every result is correct in every case, and you use them at your own risk.
- Health and pregnancy tools. The ovulation and pregnancy due-date calculators produce estimates from the dates you enter. They are not medical advice, not a diagnosis, and not a method of contraception. Always consult a qualified doctor about anything concerning your health or your pregnancy.
- Exam predictors. Rank and score predictors apply historical patterns to the numbers you give. They are not affiliated with, endorsed by or connected to the NTA, JoSAA, CBSE, any university or any examination authority. Actual ranks and cut-offs depend on that year's paper, that year's candidates and the official normalisation, and only the conducting body's result is authoritative. Use ours to plan a shortlist, never to make a final decision.
- Financial calculators. Any interest, EMI, tax or investment figure is an illustration. Your bank's or your accountant's numbers are the ones that count.
- Academic converters. CGPA, SGPA and percentage formulas differ between boards and universities and change over time. Confirm against your own institution's rules before relying on a figure.
Verify anything that matters before acting on it.
4. Availability
We aim to keep the site online and the tools working, but we do not promise uninterrupted service. Tools may be changed, moved or withdrawn without notice, and the site may be unavailable during maintenance or a host outage.
5. Intellectual property
The code, design, written content and branding of Etoolzy belong to us and are protected by copyright. Font names, exam names and company names mentioned on the site belong to their respective owners and are used only to describe what a tool does.
6. Advertising and third-party links
This site displays advertising, which is what keeps it free. Advertisements are chosen by Google and its partners, not by us, and their appearance here is not an endorsement. We are not responsible for the content, products, services or practices of any advertiser or any site you reach from an advertisement or link.
7. No warranty
The site and all its tools are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including any warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy or non-infringement.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, Etoolzy and the people who run it are not liable for any loss or damage — direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or loss of data, profit, opportunity or admission — arising from your use of, or inability to use, the site or anything produced with it.
9. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify us against any claim arising from your misuse of the site or your breach of these terms.
10. Privacy
How we handle data is set out in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of India have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
12. Changes
We may revise these terms as the site develops. The date at the top shows the current version, and continuing to use the site after a change means you accept it.
